In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property can only accept bookings from essential workers/permitted travellers, during dates where such guidelines exist, currently unto the 16th May 2021. Reasonable evidence must be provided on arrival. If it isn't provided, your booking will be cancelled on arrival.

The health, safety, and security of our guests, employees, and third parties on our site is our top priority. To minimise the spread of COVID-19 and to ensure that all of our apartments are a safe place to stay, we are undertaking a number of additional safety measures, these include:

Our staff have now been trained to deliver enhanced cleaning and sanitising regimes specific to the prevention of the spread of COVID-19 across our site and apartments.
hand sanitising stations
We have installed hand sanitising stations throughout our site.
social distancing
Social distancing measures are implemented across our site. This includes limiting lift occupancy.
covid-19 reporting procedures
We have put in place strict COVID-19 illness reporting procedures for staff and contractors, and made it easy for our guests to report illness to us.
In addition, we will keep clear records of employee and contractor visits to the site to aid in contact-tracing if needed.
personal protective equipment
We have provided our staff with all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE), where appropriate, to ensure their safety at work. This also helps us ensure your safety.
certified covid-19 staff training
All of our staff have undergone a certified COVID-19 staff training program across the business.
Our operational procedures are also under ongoing review and verification by our Service Management Providers: Bridge Street. This includes quarterly audits by our Environmental Health Partners: Common Sense Compliance LTD, to ensure we maintain our CSC COVID-19 Accreditation status as a safe place to work and visit.

If a guest who has stayed in one of our apartments has COVID-19 symptoms or their condition has been confirmed as positive, then the apartment they stayed in will remain closed for 72 hours after departure or fumigated using an appropriate viricidal disinfectant.
